Visited this breakfast bar and was thoroughly impressed: 1. The pancakes were delightful. 2. The Tapsilog was spot on. 3. They nailed our egg preferences – well done scrambled for my husband and a perfectly cooked malasado sunnyside up for me. 4. The music selection wonderfully complemented the ambiance of the old city. 5. Exceptionally friendly staff. Will definitely return on my next trip to CDO.
Ordered sausage platter and fluffy pancake. Both are well worth their price. Good for 3 or 2 if you are both really hungry. Only criticism is the extra rice sticks to their take out cover and lose some rice but other than that all good! Will come again next time I visit CDO. I didnt take a photo of the food when i got it because i thought it food would be mediocre. i only found out about this place because i parked in their parking spot the night before and checked out what time they open so that i can move my car. 😅
This morning, I had a dentist appointment and skipped breakfast. Afterward, I went to Hungry CDO and Brunch to eat my brunch. I ordered corned beef with rice and hot chocolate, upgrading to garlic rice and adding a cheesy hotdog and two fluffy hotcakes. I couldn't finish the hotcakes and chocolate coz I'm already full with the meal. 😶🌫️😂 The corned beef was good, similar to Purefoods. Their food is standard, but filling. I recommend it for brunch lovers; the portions are suitable for one person who is hungry tho. ☺️
#reybarnsrestaurantreview Hungry? There is a painting of fried eggs on the wall, so you’d think they have perfected eggs since it brands itself as breakfast and brunch. Nope. The scrambled egg in my Sausage Platter was bland and hurriedly done. But it is really for the hungry. The serving I had was enough to feed a whole family. And it is so affordable that I could even say it is cheap. It has a loyal customers I assume - the diners know each other, and the Food Panda drivers come and go. There is nothing special about the flavor, but what is special is its price range. Very budget-frie…
We came here for breakfast. There were a few people and the staff were kind and accomodating. We ordered this meat platter and it was good. The aglio olio has tuna but in the menu it just say “Spicy Aglio Olio” and Tuna wasnt mentioned. Should’ve specified in the menu. We had a great breakfast after all
