Very good tasting food and priced right. The service was fast with a crew that's friendly and attentive to the customers. Mediterranean Restaurants in the US are very pricey..... Here in Hussam, you get your Mediterranean food cravings without hurting your pocket.... One thing is missing that I wanted with my Mediterranean food is my baba ghanoush. We ordered the 1/2 kilo meat selection and we loved it. Concluded the dinner with the Syrian Sweets and it was good. This will now be our go to restaurant for Mediterranean food.
I found my go to Mediterranean Food: Manakish: Zater, Chilli, Beef. I was cluless that a former patient worked here now and remembered us and offered a complimentary drink. It was a memorable dinner and a happy first time dining experience. Highly recommend 😋
The last time I was taken to eat it by some Arab friends, it has always been unforgettable. The shawarma itself is delicious and the garlic sauce is a perfect match. The lamb is also just right, very delicious After the boss found out that I was Taiwanese, he was also very enthusiastic about finding videos to show me about Taiwanese groups that he liked very much. Please bring it to Taiwan, I have been missing your food since I back to Taiwan, but there is no such complete Arabic cuisine in Taiwan.
Hands down, one of the BEST Middle Eastern meals I’ve ever had!!! The hummus is made fresh daily by the chef and was so flavorful! I’m watering at the mouth thinking about this place. Also got the Kabab with rice in oven and it was so delicious- my partner kept eating mine as well lol. Loved the mint pineapple juice. Service was also fantastic - we arrived almost near closing but they still welcomed us and let us dine. Our server said that the owner/head chef is from Syria and that’s why the food is so good. I only wish we were able to come back at least one more time during our trip to Cebu!
As a Middle Eastern, there are some good things and things I disliked in here. Good Things I liked : -Shawaerma tasted good -Flafel , Tahini, and the rice bowl were good. -Manakeesh ( this is probably the closest manakeesh I tried that taste like the one in the Middle East) Things I disliked : - Price ( It was really pricey for some of the meals). - the appetizer set that comes with Hummus , flafel, and salad. I'm kind of disappointed with this set. It was extremely pricey, and the portion was so little. There was no bread even added to it. As an authentic Middle Eastern restaurant, you s…
