So the official name of this ice cream parlor is "Ice Cream House sa Visayas Avenue". For now, my review is not so much about the place (busy outside, warm inside) but their products. Two items you should try are their CocoFlan ice cream which is coconut juice and milk with lots of leche flan, and their Brownie Ala Mode ice cream. The first is unlike any currently sold in the market but is very Filipino and familiar to your taste buds.
