Had a very positive experience here. The staff give you a very warm welcome. They continue to be attentive to our needs👍👍👏😊loved the complimentary miso soup☕that was so deliciously prepared. We had gyoza, chahan, ebi tempura, stir fry veggies, pork chop with curry sauce. We all loved our food choice. 😋😋😋

We had dinner at Ikebukuro with my family a few weeks back. It was one of the best Japanese meals we've had in Pampanga. We were pleased with their food and their service even if we came at a busy hour. They gave complimentary miso soup, which we enjoyed. Their rolls were surprisingly good. We ordered their sushi boat. They didn't have maguro when we dined, but all the other sushi and sashimi were very fresh! We loved their zaru soba, curry, and sukiyaki, as well. Servings are adequate and good value for money. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here. We ate around 2 pm, store at around 50% capacity. The food was okay. Although for a japanese dish, it is a bit on the sweet side. Overall the food is good. What is not good is their service. Food takes more than 30 minutes to be served and they serve it one by one. Food gets cold before another food comes. Staff although sufficient, are not attentive. Alot of diners get out of their table to personally get what they want (like water, spoon and fork) For the price we pay, the service is terrible.
