Let me start by saying that for filipino standards it is a very expensive restaurant. BUT.. very worth the price in my opinion! I travel to Italy a lot with my family and Italian food is one of our favourite cuisines. This is one of the best Italian foods we ever had! Even my mother in law agreed, and she only goes on holiday in Italy. Service was great, like we are used to in Europe and wine selection excellent! Too bad a lot of the wines were out of stock. Thank you a lot and when we are back in Cebu we will diffinitely be back to visit!

Nice service. The manager is friendly and the servers are kind. Spending 200$ on lunch in the Philippines is too much, but the taste of the food is excellent. In the Philippines, you find many heavy talkers everywhere, but restaurant staff could benefit from lowering their voice volume a bit. Also, in the Philippines, do they eat all the beef fat when cooking steak? Out of a 500g steak, 200g was fat, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was satisfactory, and I would consider revisiting.

Enjoyed our dining experience in IL Primo Italian Steakhouse. The steaks were cooked according to our liking & complemented well with the wine. We requested for a specific vegetable side dish that was not in the menu & was provided without hesitation. We were disappointed with the minimal vegetable side dish selection as well as the unnavailability of most of the wine in the menu. We were lucky that there was 1 good bottle of red wine available that they could offer to us that’s within a reasonable price. First of…This is how sad their steaks are, we are party of four and all the steaks we got looked like these, and all of us are shocked since we ordered medium rare and medium well. The steaks are absolutely dry, the taste is not okay for its price, and the price of the sides are separate and these cost $$$, just for the thin steak alone it cost me $200😒. We ordered pasta too and it’s just okay. The only thing that we enjoyed was the wine and their bread.
