Authentic Ilocos empanada! Felt like we're in Vigan city! Thank you for cooking for us fresh empananda last Friday. We were willing to wait for those hot, crispy and mouth watering pieces tandemed with original ilocos blend of suka! We went back this Sunday but you're already closed by 8:30pm. Will come back again soon!
