With all the negative reviews, i would have to just say that, during this pandemic times, when service sucks and menus are modified to the point of being bland, the only way to go, is to manage our expectations. While most shops & eateries have closed down, this one survived. And lucky us, because we could grab something for our famished bellies. There are still people who come & dine here, so it must not have been "terrible". Well, to be safe...We ordered mostly , their specialty which is the barbecues. And, we sum it up to be "just ok". Java rice though, is so oily but enough to satisfy. No…
We ordered HIT 1 & HIT 5 with free iced tea. The iced tea was watered down and food was disappointing. The lumpiang sariwa was so bland it was unedible. Just sell barbeque because that’s the one thing you’re good at. During GCQ: My mom was craving for dinuguan so I decided to order from this branch thru the Foodpanda app. I was so disappointed when I opened the container it was half full(see photo). It has less meat and the sauce was watered down.
I've always liked their barbecue. Though their barbecue hasn't changed, this particular store takes the prize for becoming worse in terms of service. Our waitress was talking with her colleague in a corner that we had to ger attention so we can order. She didn't write anything down so I thought our order was easy enough to remember. Hmmmmm.... she got everything WRONG even up to the billing!!!! Now, another waiter served us our last remaining order and I noticed that he was touching our food as he placed it on the table. My gosh!!! In terms of my important criteria in food service-- hygiene …
The order was placed based on the picture on the menu showing 2 pieces of deep fried Tilapia only to receive a piece of frozen grilled tilapia! Not tasty, slow, and rude for interrupting us for billing in the middle of our meals. I’m a foreigner, but no second time for me here. Bye
All your numbers are so hard to reach, one does not even exist anymore!
