When walking in Session Road, I recommend this place especially when it's hot or when it's raining outside. The vibe inside in just cozy and stress reliever. Tried some of their milk teas and it's always great. Sugar levels are also regulated so for those who are into sugar free, you can also avail it. Love the pearls! try the matcha milk tea and the frappe

Tea is great, no complaints about it. But service is awful. I was standing waiting for my order to be taken, one was making tea, the other two employees just hid at the staff room when i caught their attention. The place wasn't packed when I got here, but that means they can't ignore me. Place it too small, I'd recommend to only get take outs here
