Love this place. I’ve been wanting to try it and since the spot next door is closed ended up here for lunch. I arrived a little bit before 1 o’clock. Even though they close at 2 o’clock. The staff was still very friendly and accommodating. Especially Michelle. Tried many different options. Mushroom soup, the chorizo, shrimp, croquettes, and the little fried chicken strips. Loved the Cetas and chicken. Thank you so much for being so accommodating even though you were closing soon.

I'm from Texas and I say their food and flavor is authentic, perfect, delicious, and beautiful. Eating here made me very happy. Even the Sangria is one of the sweetest I've had in a long while. Highly recommend Ipar's Restaurante!

The place was great and well maintained. The ambiance is so warm and calming as if you were not in Cebu City. The food was also delicious and worth the price. The service crew were also very accommodating and friendly

The food was excellent. It was expensive but it was really good. It was good to have wine with my food. The service was good and the atmosphere was great. Tapas is great you get a little bit of this and a little bit of that... if you go there and don't know how it works or what you should get ask the staff and they will help you to make choices

1 Star (*) Sept 6 FRIDAY:8:30PM (CLOSED) No cooker, under reservation only 🤣, place is 100% EMPTY We were forced to leave. Crisis administration, I used to be a loyal customer but we decided not to come ever again. Paid a taxi and lost our time. 3 Stars (***) Used to be great food, good service, expectacular leche flan. Not affordable anymore. A petty, it hurts me to write this sad review but this place keeps going down the drain. A very bad administration is sinking this place.
