With so many ramen outlets in Manila to choose from I feel their classic/basic ramen bowl doesn’t stand out as it used to. Gyoza is mediocre. Cucumber appetizer was the saving grace during this visit.

One of the best ramen place to satisfy your cravings. You can of course choose how the chef can cook it to your liking. Broth is not too heavy and the meat melts in your mouth with a light burnt charcoal taste. The best part is their choco lava cake 😍

My go-to ramen spot! My fav is the Akamaru Torched Ramen, it has just the right spice and the torched Chashu complements the broth. Their Torched Salmon Roll is a must try appetiser, but pricey for 4 small rolls. Great service and ambience, would recommend but pricey
