(This is a review for Ippudo’s Gyudon only) We’ve eaten at Ippudo Ayala 30th several times, but this is the first time that I have tried their Gyudon, and let me tell you, IT IS SOOOOO GOOD!!! A very good place to eat if you like ramen. They offer vegan ramen (mushroom and tofu) which was absolutely awesome.
1st visit Good food, ambiance and accommodating staff. Hope it could be served within 15 minutes on my next visit 😊 2nd visit Good review, as always. Even better than our previous visit. Meals are very filling. Brownie lava cake hit the spot. Just a little too sweet.
Akamaru Shinaji Ramen hit the right mark for me - mildly spicy, garlicky hakata ramen with tamago and chashu. I appreciate they granted my request of serving it with lean chashu meat! This is a big factor since I avoid eating fat. Only minor issue during time of visit was that they couldn't process credit card payments. Other than that all good, excellent service too.
