It was quite a satisfying ramen fix topped with a delectable torched salmon roll and winged gyoza. The torched salmon roll is well-seasoned soft that it melts in your mouth. The winged gyoza has the balance between the crispiness of its “wings” and the soft texture of the wrapper.

Probably the only place in Vertis where you can get a really good ramen. Service is good and serving time is around 12 mins. I always like the Ippudo broth which has a clear taste. Its full of umami flavors, very rich and it brings a certain depth to your ramen experience. For the noodles firmess, I usually go for kata which is a firm as I usually let the ramen sit for while and consume it slowly. The hot broth will keep on cooking the soaked noodles.
