Lovely garden, staff & food. The room design is a mess. No phones, staff don't look at whatsapp though they say they do. The switches are complicated and the safe is with a key & not a number operating - which means everyone can access it!

I enjoyed this resort so much! My whole family was staying here, we were and I were all scattered around the resort as my parents were behind the cafeteria, me and my cousins were staying in the main building with a view of the street, my aunt and uncle were staying in one of the cabana's on the pathway to the pool, and my other uncle was in a cabana which had a view of the water and had it's own pool. Located at the heart of Tourism Road which gives you access to nearby restos and services. Rooms were big and clean but common areas like the lobby, lobby cr and pool needs more regular cleaning. Staff are friendly and helpful but the front staff whose supposed to give my key for check-in "looked for me" by the beach front restaurant but didn't find me when I was there the whole time this caused me to have my room late. Siargao is plagued with brown outs and Isla Cabana compensated by having their aircons on UPS so its cool when power is low. Food is also good. Good place to stay in Siargao.

We stayed here during our trip to Siargao. Beautiful location, kind staff. One MAJOR thing I have to complain about is we rented a moped/bike from them to explore the island. The moped STOPPED WORKING and we were stranded. We had to walk the bike to town. Thank goodness there was only one road in Siargao otherwise we would have been so lost. We were walking until dark which was extremely scary since we didn't know the island and were not locals. Luckily there were kind people that picked us up in their truck and drove us back to the resort. Scary experience!!

I absolutely love the cakes and can never say no to them! The cheese roll is a personal favorite, too. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the customer service during my visit. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming, which detracted from the overall experience I had hoped for. 🥲
