One of the best pet shop I have visited. The staffs are friendly and approachable. Nice environment too plus there's a hooman cafe! There's a wide variety of products for our furbabies. Will visit again to try their grooming service.

Nice and clean area . We can buy the vitamins and dog food for our fur friend. Has a parking area. Just along the main road.

I experienced the WORST customer service and operations management. Don’t even bother getting an appointment because it wouldn’t even make any difference. They made us wait for almost 3 hours before they attended our dogs. Our dogs have been fasting since 8pm the previous night. I wouldn’t be this mad for waiting if our dogs weren’t fasting. Their staff obviously doesn’t know what they were doing. Can’t blame them if they didn’t get proper training from the management.
