Food is great. Place is okay. Parking space is so small that 4 SUVs would have a hard time parking at the same time.

You are better off with the usual known restaurants that are nearby Lipa (Max's, Aristocrat, Army Navy, etc.). They only have buffet options priced at Php419 per person. Kids 8 and up are already full price. Food was not remarkable and waste of money for the price. The pastry area was full of flies. I would recommend that they cover them up. The pancit canton was also on the salty side. Would not recommend this place. We were fooled by Google reviews.

We went there around lunch and the electric fans were not working due to electrical problems. Parking is also a hassle due to many diners at that time. Beware of the donuts it's hard and tastes like margarin

Waste of money... We went there to celebrate my mom's birthday but we were so disappointed because the foods are just leftovers from lunch. They are cold and don't look good anymore. The staff said we just need to wait for few minutes (3 min) and they will replenish the foods but after like half an hour foods are not ready and those leftovers from lunch are still there. My father tried the mussel and shrimp dish and he said it taste like spoiled (bulok) already. The chicken is like rubber coz it's been there I think since before lunch time. The lasagna is cold... I even asked the staff…
