All the food are great, first time to have a fish base broth for the ramen. The owner was very friendly she explains the ingredients and proper way to consume some dishes to get the best flavot the even provide complimentary dessert wine. They may be short staff thats why it took the orders some time to be serve but its worth the wait. From the japanese restaurants i have tried. I would say this is the best and very authentic.

Such a perfect - CLASSIC - izakaya up north. Coming from pasig, gf went to get a tattoo, and we looked for a restaurant near there. By far, the closest taste of authentic ramen that we’ve ever tasted in Manila. We’ve been scouring the metro for the closest ramen taste ever since we got back from Japan, and this restaurant served our preferred broth - fish-based! It was so worth the rainy drive! Make sure to come in early, as the owner said that they only serve 30-35 bowls of ramen daily. Make sure to order the miso ramen (highly recommended)! We also ordered the karaage. My family's go to place for quality Japanese food. Reasonably priced. Lots of selections. Great customer service. Hopefully, they could close a lot later as they serve alcohol as well.
