I'm quite disappointed with the quality of the raw salmon, with signs of incomplete defrosting. I probably have high expectations since I've ordered their fresh sashimi from Farmers market way back pandemic and was pleased with the quality. The Katsudon was cooked well, meat was lean with generous serving of white rice. The miso soup was a little salty, and heavy on the MSG. They just recently opened this branch.. Maybe I'll give it another try in a month's time and see how it goes.
