I wanted to buy a Php75 drink. So I gave the cashier a Php100 bill. He said he can't break the bill. It was such a small amount and he still can't give me change? This was in the afternoon so it's impossible that he has no change. Probably he just did not want to sell me anything because it's additional task for him. He's just being lazy.
