The Sakura Lounge is comfortable. The food and beverages are arequate. The beef curry is very good. The egg drop soup is also very tasty. There are breads and snacks also. Instant noodels are served as well. The best is the comfort rooms. The heated japanese toilet seats are enjoyable!

This is my favorite corner of NAIA Terminal 1. Small yet it meet and exceed expectations in all aspect. One of the most excellent airline lounge I ever use. The quietness and Japanese Zen way make you feel refreshed and rejuvenated before the next leg of journey. Simple food but packed with great taste. The selection of beverages is wide from soft can drink to wine to sakei.

Clean and new. Comfortable chairs. Fast wifi. Loved the beef curry and rice. Soup not so much. Chicken empanada is not recommended. Ucc coffee is ok. Selection of wine and beers are available. Ice cubes available. 2 clean restrooms. Electrical sockets with usb port available. Very noisy but not the lounge’s fault.

Food were ok. Soups, empanadas, rice, chicken. For food. Multiple canned drinks with bottled water. Quieter than Marhaba, smells (Smells of beef curry) better, and clean. Attendant with the food stays the whole time and tries to help out. Temperature felt too warm for me, cooler would be better. The usual warmed toilet seat with bidet was of course there, but only 1 Unisex restroom since the other one is not functional.

Bad service Sakura lounge especially shower service I wanna take shower but they’re trying to keep me from it regardless I had been waiting for 2hrs. They sent people to pressure on you since they thought you’d quit if they did so, and kept taking helped words till your flight is coming. Bad service comparing to most airport lounges in the world! Id give you 0 point if it’s on the scale How bad is this lounge
