Hi there, I ate today on J&B Mandaluyong branch. They told me that you can not put the sauce on the side when you order the chicken while dining in which is poor service. They will tell you to choose the flavor correct? However, when you want your chicken to be crispy and flavorful and you do not know yet your taste buds for that flavor they are offering atleast hey should put the sauce on the side if it is REQUESTED.
