Love their Jcoccino coffee and it comes with a glazed donut. (I mean look at it?!) I like my coffee with milk and their "timpla" is just on point. If you're a fan with affordable and quality coffee and donuts, try and visit this place.

Tucked away at a corner of the mall and doesn't see as much foot traffic as the rest of the shops inside. Nice seating both indoors and outdoors. Great drinks and tasty treats at reasonable prices. Donuts are plump and airy. Drinks quality is similar to the level of other cafes while not overly sweet. The ordering system is inefficient. Everyone has to go through the same long line regardless of donuts, drinks, or other food despite having 2 separate registers. Very often there's a line of at least 10mins to get to the register.

Coffee is good with complimentary donuts. Milk is available upon request. I was just ordering coffee but they made me fall in line with those ordering donuts for take out when they have 2 other vacant counters.

Trash INSIDE Doughnuts from JCo, Baguio [Note: the incident detailed in this review was initially reported as a complaint through JCo's website on 1 April 2024, then again on 8 April by email to JCo's head office in Singapore. To date, they have made no response – hence this review.] On 1 April 2024 we bought four doughnuts from JCo in SM Baguio, Philippines.
