The drink hazelnut chocolate is not worth it. The whipped cream used is the cheapest one in the market. The taste is awful. I am disappointed I should have not bought drinks at JCO but the alcapone is good the drink is so bad. Never gonna dine at this branch again.
Location was very accessible to people just at the heart of IT Park. We ordered red velvet and a J.Cool but to my dismay, they were not able to serve it since they still need to freeze the yogurt and may take several minutes before they can serve. We also ordered a frappe. Complimentary to the frappe was a glazed donut which was nice. The place is aesthetically cozy. You may also order through grab app.
I've just discovered this brand of Donuts by talking to a friend about Krispy Kreme. So to sum up, I prefer JCO donuts to Krispy Kreme because they're thinner and less chunky. It also seems to me that there's more choice in terms of flavour. I ordered 8 (!!) different ones and found them all delicious (I didn't manage to finish the last one).
JCO really have awsome donuts and have really developed good drinks. This particular location is quite hot though, aircon might have been broken or something when we visited. The pastries with meat like sausage roll really needs to be heated in an oven rather then microwave, it gets soggy.
The staff wasn't friendly when I asked the difference between their coffee. I ordered it for dine in but they put it inside a to go cup and their hot cappuccino didn't taste good at all, I didn't feel the milk. It was a bit of rip off for me since the serving was so little. When I asked for a plastic bag, the staff just looked at me for a minute before giving it to me. I just felt like they didn't want to be bothered with whatever they were doing. But I really liked the alcapone as usual.
