Dropped by this store on a Monday to get a box of donuts to go and I was glad that it didn't have the long lines similar to their weekend operations. Purchased their Family Bundle and was able to complete the transaction in no time at all. Will give their coffee selections a try next time since their donut flavors have always been tasty and beloved by the kids.

Coffee and doughnuts go well together and J.Co perpetually free glazzy doughnut for every drink purchase is always a come on! The place is a little cramp though, seats are placed too close to each other that you tend to bump to the next table when crowded.

Thank u for the wonderful experiences we had (11-26-24), 10 seniors came in and had a drinks and mini donuts but your kindness and generosity of sending us a boxful of free regular donuts were so delightful.

The staff around the donut section took my order and gave me a number so they can call me when the counter is already available. This gesture is great, customer can relax instead of waiting in long lines and it is much organize as people don't flock on the counter. Other customer can view the remaining donut flavors with ease. The shop is clean and smells like roasted coffee beans. I visited on a Monday afternoon, so this review may vary especially in holidays, weekends, or when they have donut promotions. Several incorrect order. Coffee is good as per usual. Donuts are exceptional as expected. But not going back to this branch due to poor service. Some of the staff doesnt even know how to smile. If you dont like working at a place like this, then dont transfer your unhappy energy to your customers.
