Claimed our donuts from the RCBC Hexa promo. We went here at around noon, there was plenty of people but we were accommodated properly. Had to wait for a couple of mins for some donuts and they to verify the code from rcbc no problem.

The place is cozy and quiet sometimes which is perfect for me. I also like that they always have all stocks of the donuts unlike other branches. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the service is not perfect but better than other branches that I've been. Don't sleep on their yogurt, it's so good!

There's a machine inside that's loud af. Which is a bummer. I came here for café vibes, but I had to leave early so as to not damage my ears. Although, the JCool Couple was a bigger serving of yogurt than I expected

Terrible customer service. I went in earlier today to get a couple of donuts for takeout, and there was a customer in front of me being served at the cash till. I waited behind her. There were 3 or 4 other staff behind the counter but there was no attempt by them to take my order. 4 or 5 minutes later, I'm still waiting in line behind the customer at the cash till, waiting for someone to take my order when another customer walks in - and straight away one of the staff takes her order! 5 yrs ago: I love this place! ❤ June 2022: The service deteriorated tremendously! It took them more than 30 mins to take our order. The counter personnel was not familiar with the J Club promo. Then, I spent another 15 mins at the cashier. I think she's new and she doesn't know what the heck to punch on the cash register! To think that the branch wasn't crowded at all. We were here at 1pm and it's past lunchtime. We also ordered JCoccinno 16oz for dine in with Salmon & egg turnover and Chicken pot pie at 1:30pm.
