Having heard of another goat head stew near the city really excited me that when i got there i also ordered the caldereta. Unfortunately the disappointment started as soon as i dipped my finger on the goat head stew sauce. Its very salty that even dousing it on hot corn rice did not lessen the saltiness. What a shame. The meat was fall of the bone but again, if you like the taste of the ocean salt, this is for you.
