Great tasting Chicken Salad sandwich on Monroe bread! Lovely soft bread and fresh, tasty chicken salad. Spaghetti Bolognese is excellent too!

Ordered to be delivered through their website. Writing this review on the service experienced via their website. Booked delivery on a Saturday, paid and confirmed order. Email didnt show estimate nor any advise that they won't be delivering until Monday. No disclaimer as well on their website even right before I checked out cart. Waited for an hour but got no text nor call nor email. Decided to call their landline but person on the receiving end kept hanging up the call. Called their mobile number and talked to a staff. Terrible experience as a customer. Basically I parked to get a gift for a client which was nearby one foot. No one was around, I wasn't blocking anyone and I was asked to leave. It had a no parking policy even if I was a paying customer. I already paid for the goods. If you find this kind of policy frustrating than this is my main beef. If no one else is there, the shop was empty, then why kick a paying customer out?
