unreliable after sales support. they will sell you equipment but will not assist you in getting parts and necessary consumables. we purchased sausage stuffers from them and when we needed gaskets all they say is they dont have it and do not know if they will ever restock it. will never do business with them again. you would be well advised to avoid this company.
