The food is good. The original Jollibee!!! But the food preparation is a bit too long. The floor is slippery. The atmosphere is good. The bee mascot came over and went around greeting people. Awesome!

Met expectations food quality and taste wise. Found it odd that they don't give you a receipt or number system when waiting for your food as it was quite busy. Ordered the family pack which doesn't include drinks, and added a Mango pie. Favorite item was the Mango pie, just wished it was bigger.

Dirty grubby terribly manages store this incompetent fools don't even have chicken at 11am which is their main dish. Terrible organisation and management. The store air conditioning not working and flies everywhere this place should be closed by the health department Terrible management extremely slow bad service DO NOT WASTE TOUR TIME AT THIS STORE

I waited nearly 45 minutes to take out a nugget meal and a small Jolispagethi. There were a lot of exasperated Grab drivers and customer alike at 6.30-7.15pm. I get it, but at the same time, I do not get it. Fast food = speed. This branch definitely needs to better their delivery process. It also needs more modern touches like self to order screens that actually take card payments, and monitor that displays ready and in queue numbers. Customers do not need to wonder if their numbers were called but they did not hear. Food is great as expected.

Jollibee offers affordable meals, but unfortunately, the taste reflects the price. While the prices are budget-friendly, the flavor of the food leaves much to be desired. The dishes are lacking in quality, and overall, the experience is quite underwhelming. If you're looking for a quick, cheap meal, Jollibee might suffice, but don't expect anything particularly delicious.
