We recently attended a Christening and Birthday party of my niece at Jollibee Puregold, JP Rizal Makati. As someone who has experienced a number of kiddie parties, I must say that this location was a perfect choice for the event. From the setup to the service, the team at Jollibee Puregold really knows how to create a fun and memorable celebration. First and foremost, the venue itself was well-suited for a kiddie party. Poor service. Staff not friendly, Long queues with only one POS terminal being used. Gcash not unavailable as a mode of payment. Too many personnel yet the order takes too long to serve. Uncomfortable atmosphere and ambiance. Not a maintained place to dine in.

Worst Crunchy chicken sandwich I've ever ate so far, serving of coke float is not good too, too little choco sauce, I really hope Jollibee had a quality assurance supervisors, in provinces Jollibee is a cool, clean and well maintained establishment, I been in so many branches of Jollibee and my filo pride is breaking apart seeing branches of Jollibee like this, not well maintained, short of staff, and not cool inside.

The crew here moves slowly, as if they are in control of their own time. It's really frustrating when the service is slow and the handling of orders is not done properly. It's important for the crew to be careful and fast, especially when there are many customers waiting. There are times when the order is incomplete for takeout, and some orders are forgotten by the crew. The fries are also limited, you can count them on your fingers. They should do better.

1. Ordered 4 meals with 3 iced tea and 1 coke. Order came with 4 iced tea. 2. Ordered 2pc burger steak meal with extra steak sauce. Order came without the steak sauce. Turns out that they forgot to punch it. 3. Cups are very oily. You can easily see it on top of your drink floating. 4. Service is very slow.
