This branch is huge! But apparently, they share airconditioning with the main mall which sadly is not strong enough for the store. There are hot spots and it is not comfortable for dining guests. Service is friendly and fast. Ordered the new mocha drink and it is delicious for less than 100pesos.

to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. The behavior of your regular staff was incredibly rude, and I encountered multiple issues that left me disappointed. Firstly, after making a purchase, I was not given my change as your staff claimed they didn't have it at the moment. Seeing the recent bad reviews on this branch, a pretty dangerous move to offer poor services and food quality, especially if your branch is in a mall that’s mixed with middle-class to rich people who visits. That screams “lawsuit”. Yesterday, my cousin bought food from this branch. 1 cheeseburger that was eaten by his mom gave her food poisoning. Luckily, she seems to be ok now after taking meds. Just needs more yakult, pocari and lots of vomiting. If there was a recent change of managers/crews in this branch, better change them again. 👎
