AMBIENCE It was a pretty spacious branch but the seats were getting full since a lot of us came straight from an event. Entrance from inside the mall was closed during our stay (early morning). FOOD Even during breakfast, we still purchased our favorite lunch items: Chickenjoy and Burger Steak. Chicken skin was crunchy and tasty while the white meat was soft and moist. Burger Steak was really good with the mushroom gravy. Pancakes were enjoyable after they were smothered with butter and maple syrup; it was actually heavy. SERVICE It was crowded but service speed was acceptable.

Stopped by for afternoon tea. It wasn't too busy so we manged to get a table. We ordered a range of things to try but my favourite was the palabok with spicy chicken joy. Restaurant was clean.

It was horrible. I clearly ordered. 3 orders of Chicken Joy. I even repeated it two times. Ive waited for 40 mins just to be told that I only ordered 2 orders of the food. Like what??? Im at fault coz I didnt double check it, but they insisted that they have done nothing wrong which is upsetting since I clearly repeated my order.
