The service crew was great. Especially Gelai, she was the one who helped me with my order. I had trouble on getting my food and she immediately accommodated me.

Conclusion: Only the 🍗fried chicken is not bad. A cheap option in Guisongsong SM mall, a Filipino national fast food restaurant. The lines for queuing and ordering are terrible, quite crowded. Service is incredibly quick in the morning. Food is still steaming hot and the ordering process is straightforward and simple.
The chicken is super small. The place was super crowded. It's also not that clean unlike other Jollibee branches. Literally avoid this area if you don't like crowded areas. 2/5
