Update: They fixed it. They went above and beyond, called me, sent me the item they missed, as well as a bonus free meal. Sorry. I've had a bit of a rough month and been on edge. People make mistakes. Only a few make efforts to fix theirs. I'm amazed. Thanks! They keep forgetting items. It's unacceptable! You need to take extra care on deliveries for obvious reasons. People pay in advance, expecting to receive their order in full. And it's not like they can walk up to the counter for anything you missed. This Jollibee branch is located at EDSA corner NIA Road, beside Shell Station and in frint of National Printing Office. Parking is difficult. You need to park in a limited slot beside 7-11 Convenience Store. Sometimes, during rush hour, nearby cars taking fuel at Shell may obstruct other cars going to the Drive-thru and vice versa. You may choose to eat at the Ground Floor or Second Floor, where the latter floor is airconditioned, but sometimes the management closes the dine-in area at the second floor. The food was okay but they give little serving with the spaghetti and they took 30 mins to do our orders. The only problem was the upstairs because it smelt really bad because they would keep the bathroom door open which also let's bacteria go to the food. Which is also a health hazard. But overall the food was okay and service.

They have enough space on the 2nd floor. But i notice that the fries that they serve is dry and blunt. The chicken joy that I have is smaller than I am expecting. The only thing that I enjoy is the yum burger. Others are fine

The food was fresh and tasty. Given that this branch is very busy, it's understandable that some menu items are occasionally unavailable and that the food can take a while to be served. However, we do hope their service improves.
