I just tried and checked the newly renovated place, i was asked to buy takeaway food for my sister's merienda, since I'm still full of my previous meal i have no plan to buy something for me, and for me to come home early, i just ordered a jolly hotdog meal which by the way they forgot to give me the drink, since i was in a hurry i forgot to check my order, i also ordered peach mango pie and sundaes, all of these are easy takeout food. i don't think I've ever seen a branch as disorganized and as bad as this one. I was ordering burger steaks, chicken w/spaghetti and then some extra rice. The person at the counter who took my order (which I assume was the manager) kept on saying their "burger" and spaghetti were unavailable so I assumed they still have Burger steaks. So I repeated my orders but then he kept on saying "burger" is unavailable. We ordered two one-piece chicken meal and one spaghetti. The rice is of a cheap variety I know coz ours in our home is way better. The chicken seems cheap also. Fried chickens being sold in the sidewalks tastes more expensive compared to this. They've downgraded their food and their services to earn more profits but the experience suffers. Once more, I dined here last Saturday, March 9, 2024. Regrettably, the service hasn't improved. They continue to fall short of satisfying customers.
