My daugther love this branch. She always ask to order her favorite Macaroni soup. And also this is a special place for us and we use to hangout in here a lot as a date. After 5 years, We have another handsome Boy with her Ate. Wala na yong Playground.

Counter staff didn't smile and didn't say any spiel as standard welcoming to a customer. Asked her a question but didn't respond nor didn't looked at me, but I am pretty sure that she heard me. When I was on the queue, I saw a chicken joy on the counter top waiting to be served. A fly landed on it but the manager who was attending to it didn't do anything nor showed a little concern with the food that was touched by the fly. You can tell that 90's - 2000's Jollibee experience is gone with the type of service you receive with these kind of staff nowadays. Very saddening.

They didn't put the Yum Burger on my take out. Just figured there wasn't any after going home. The guy who handed me the food didn't reply to my "thank you" or even tell me to enjoy my meal. This was nine o' clock in the evening. I hope they weren't too tired to say something nice. The cashier also didn't reply to my "good evening" but at least she was attentive to the orders. I needed that Yum Burger. You didn't even encircle it in the receipt meaning you didnt put it in the bag. I chose a S4 meal but it couldnt even be S4 because I didn't get a bite of the Cheesy Yum Burger. Beh hindi naka…
