I wouldn’t eat dine in here at this branch. The tables are stickier than glue. Floors are poorly maintained and the glasses had oily residues. 🤢 Food is standard as to all Jollibee branches. Couldn’t tell if service was slow or if there’s just so many people at this mall.

For improvements: 1. Pls make sure frontline staffs are competent enough to meet the demand of orders. I got queued for almost 45 minutes before it’s my time to order and there are only 3 persons in front 😕. 2. Prioritize those who still have queued orders. I got mine for 15 minutes. Overall, I have 1 hour for all the queues just to eat fast food for 10 mins. 😕

They don't have other option for chicken parts. And i never ate breast part but sad for me bec they have ONLY BREAST PART today. So i did not enjoy my meal. But kudos to the Manager he is taking orders while we're in lines.

One of the food joints in Robinsons Mall, with value for money meals. Always been a favourite since the first time I had it. The prices are reasonable. I love the fried chicken with Spaghetti. It's filling and good enough for a quick meal. Another favorite is the Peach Mango Pie. I'll always get a few whenever I drop in any Jollibee store. It usually takes time and comes last, but totally worth it.
