The store was located inside Robinson's Sta. Rosa ground floor level. The service is just okay. When I order my food, there is only one operating cashier knowingly they have three more cashiers to take your orders. Good enough they offer cashless payments through Pay Maya, Gcash and Debit Card. The service crew during the time of my visit was not attentive, so I had to repeat my order and explain thoroughly my request. The food served was hot. There's a lot of dining tables. The lights inside were dim. The comfort room was cleaned. And the Mall has plenty of free parking.

Store was located inside of Robinson Mall, situated in good location and accessible. The store was clean and has good ambience. Service, they have order taker while you're in the queue but the payment will be at the counter. I tried their champ burger meal and it's good but the fries why it is too small and the table napkins that they gave just 2 piece? I don't know why and even the tomato ketchup just few but we ordered 4 meals for take away. When ordering they said it will take just 10 minutes but what happen is 25 minutes. If I could give “0” star, I would’ve had. This is the Jollibee thatbwa closest to us yet you need to avoid this branch at all cost. I tried dine in, take out and even delivery. There’s always long line but not too much people. Crews are not nice and dont follow instructions. They also dont have NO THIGH PART. Today, I ordered through grab and specifically note for a thight part. No calls from the merchant stating there’s no thigh part. KFC robinsons sta rosa is different. They will call to confirm that they dint have a thight part and if its okay or we will cancel the order. But in Jollibee…

Magulo at di maganda. Paid for 1 spicy bucket and 1 orig bucket of chicken but got home and found it’s 2 orig bucket. A spicy bucket costs more than an original one. Super long din ang wait, di sila marunong mag handle ng rush. Someone right next to us had to ask for their order to be take out instead of dine out because it took too long. They also have their order one by one. And right in front of everyone, an employee took their friends to the front to order first before everyone else. Super unprofessional.

They weirdly run out of most of their food even before they close. I was also charged weirdly for a tiny sundae for some unknown reason, even if I ordered a regular sundae. Apart from that, I also almost got charged 2K for one box of peach mango pie. Like, whut?? 😳 It’s like the cashier doesn’t have a clue what they’re doing.
