I really enjoy visiting Jollibee whenever in Manila, Philippines, and it tastes so much better than Jollibee UK, although the U.K. incarnation is miles ahead of its rivals. 5 stars awarded for value, flavour and the fact that they do family sizes, also they serve on little Jollibee plates. If anyone from Jolibee Philippines is reading this, I’d love to buy a set of the plates, so I can recreate the authentic experience when tucking in to my Jolibee U.K. take away. lack of manpower, the crew was too slow compared to other branch not to mention the people is not too many. we ordered spaghetti & latte because we're in hurry with my sister but the order last atleast 1hr? or maybe 1hr and 20 minutes, the people look disturb and impatient literally the worse jollibee branch so far. i respect crews dw.

It's honestly the worst jollibee I've been in. They're slow, don't even get orders right 9 times out of 10, the place smells weird, the second floor is a mess, and most of the time the tables are dirty and you have to flag down a crew member (that would take their sweet time) to get it clean. Even THEN I'm still pretty sure the rags they use to clean isn't sanitary either. Don't come here, there are better options. The only saving grace they have is the food (which honestly is 50/50 as well, it ain't worth it if I think about it)
