Everything is good.. But the only problem is the parking. Usually people use their parking spot to avoid paying at sm parking. I hope they can put somebody to manage the parking for customers only.

My son and I love Jollibee. The Amazing Aloha Burger, for me, is one of the best burgers ever. And, of course, we love the chicken joy. My wife always craves for the pancake sandwich for breakfast, although the price has gone up in the past year. Pros: 1. Jollibee foods are family favorites, on top of the above-mentioned aloha and chicken, we also like palabok, peach mango pie, buko pie and would crave for it from time to time 2. The Filipino favorite of the masses. The only problem here is space as people tend to prefer this above other fastfood joints. its a good thing they let people use their function room for dining in and meetings of small groups.

We ordered earlier at Jollibee in Bartolome Novaliches. We waited 34 minutes for our order, they didn't say promise time. The bad thing is that those who followed us were ahead of us so I approached the counter to update our order but later than you ma'am the crew told me. When we gave my order, I checked, there was no sundae spoon and straw, so I asked for it, but one of the crew seemed to be upset when they gave me a sundae spoon. The crew didn't even know how to great and smile.

Ordered through the mobile app today.. 1hr for 4 items, really? as of 9am today still no update on the order. Is it that they are swamp with order? Neglecting the mobile app order or just plain Neglecting all orders.. so Dissapointing. Tried reordering the same thing on Sauyo Branch and it only took then 20min from order to deliver.. no one even bother to contact me about it. sent request to canvel it twice but still no update or communication.
