Disappointing. I was in a rush when I came here to get a quick meal. The place isn't busy but I think they're assisting new hires. It was the new hire who punched my order but it's the one in uniform who put the food in my tray. They got me a Yumburger instead of the Cheeseburger. Since I was in a rush hindi ko napansin kung anong burger yung nilagay. Nakakainis, sadly.

The place is ok since there aren't a lot of people because it is a bit hard to go to the place. My niece's birthday was celebrated there and they have a lot of rooms for parties. The room was spacious since we rented two adjoining rooms. The give away was also good since it is a lunch box both kids and adults can use.

I waited for 40 mins just to get the 2 piece chicken and mix and match. People after me gets their food as soon as possible. For the chicken part I asked if they have breast part but the cashier says multiple times that the available part is wing part so I said let's settle with that but upon getting my order it's the back part of the chicken. Like you've mentioned it will be wing part not this part.

I have bought it several times. Every time I go to buy food, the clerk always ignores your request. Is it the store that discriminates against Chinese? There are also a lot of people queueing behind me, but the clerk always ignores and treats customers very unfriendly. Next time for friends who live nearby, I suggest you use delivery software.

THIS BRANCH IS SO HORRIBLE MY GOD WE ALWAYS ENCOUNTER A WRONG ORDER AND ALWAYS MISSING AN ORDER. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS NEW AND THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS SO SLOW IT ALWAYS TOOK 45 MINUTES TO PREPARE THE ORDER THEN MORE MINUTES TO GET THE ORDER I HOPE THEY TAKE ACTION ABOUT THIS ISSUE
