did an advance bulk order online for 9:30am next day delivery. called at 9:00am on the day to confirm and was assured we will get the order on time. THE ORDER ARRIVED AT 9:55am! it was for an event and the manager cannot even explain properly the cause of the delay!

Store has been upgraded but the service has not changed much. they need to improve on their customer service. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or not but they fail to clean the store in time prior to opening. 1 customer complained about the tables not being properly cleaned in the morning. They don't bother asking if you need ketchup packets thus they also don't add them to your order not unless you ask them. That's an always. We ordered in this branch so many times but those times always disappointed us because of their service which is very slow knowing that their are many crews who can assist every customer but ended up some of them just standing. There are some other customers who have been complaining about their services. The facility has been renovated but the services still the same??
