Jollibee Abad Santos - Solis

The place has a parking space, but it's limited.

They have a designated parking slot for motorcycle but it's a little cramped.

Restroom is clean has a soap and tissue.

The place is somewhat warm during 12 noon onwards. Atmosphere is great.

Food is simple nothing special.

Manager and staff nothing worth noting.

They also have a drive thru.

There's also a red ribbon beside the jollibee.

Needs to be cleaned up. Smell of puke in the seats. Also, one of the crew needs to be careful during wipping the tables. All the debris like rice was flying all over the place.

It's 8 am on a Sunday and the crew asked me to wait for 7 minutes for the food to be ready. After 7 minutes, I asked again, and they said that they still hadn't defrosted the meat. It's been more than 20 minutes now and it's still not done yet. The food service is a bit slow, but I do like the food though! 😊

Excellent, hygienic cuisine at this location. However, one time we requested an 8-piece chicken bucket meal for take out, one piece of chicken was missing.
Missing four pieces of rice on our second visit.
Missing two MC floats on the third visit.
The gravy is not secured to prevent spills.
Excellent cuisine (5 stars), but the takeout service only receives a 1.

Worst Jollibee Branch Ever. Wag na kayo mag didine in or take out or even delivery here. The supervisor / manager we don't know sino man sa kanila naka usap namin but surely they don't have any respect to their customer. Even though you're a regular customer pa wala silang respect especially to Senior Citizens / Elderly People. And if you ask me, how's the food experience? well kung ano lang ma serve sayo yun na yon don't expect anything even if you ask nicely to them. We will not be ordering again.
