Jollibee Cainta Parola Branch I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. When I arrived, there was no queue at the counter, but the cashier directed me to place my order at the kiosk. After keying in my order, I went to the counter to pay, only to be told that I needed to go back to the kiosk and re-enter my order because the system was down.
