Thank you Jollibee Balibago Complex branch! Ms. Sandy - Manager and the girl crew. My family truly enjoyed especially my kids the Langhap sarap Fried Chicken, burgers, peach mango pie & crispy chicken sandwich. Chicken is so Juicy and Delicious 😋😋😋 thank you for accommodating our request (Leg&Thigh chicken part)and even giving us a free 1pc Chickenjoy meal for the long wait. Which is not necessary but still they insisted

They have their own tricycle terminal inside the parking lot. Making it hard to navigate/enter the premises with a car. Sometimes the tricycles are parked outside and get in the way of cars getting in and out

Came in at a late hour and the place was busy. Just didn’t like that my order got ignored for a very long time and no one would have noticed it was sitting there for more than 30 minutes if I hadn’t nudged them. Even so, I still had to wait more because apparently my order was STILL incomplete. (I only ordered a chicken and rice ala cart and peach mango pie.) There was a lot of miscommunication between the servers and the kitchen crew, errors about what I asked for, and it was just overall, chaotic. the manager is so un professional rude and ugly attitude. the store was so hot he didn't want to open it then he yelled at all the staff he believed. he will destroy or make this branch disappear
