I ordered family meal B, dine in, presented my senior id.,i was charged the same amount ( no discount). I waited for my order for a long time. I was not given my change. I thought it will be given when my order will be served. No change given so i ask the guard for help because i was seated near to him. No help from the guard. I asked the waiter for my change.

With the pandemic, I say, I like the place most. Not too noisy as before..well I guess depends on the hours visited and other people 😁 they follow Pasig health protocols - love it☺️

They really never get the orders right. This Jollibee branch needs massive improvement because instead of making us happy and grateful, it annoys and makes us mad. The 1st instance when we ordered 7 pcs of Super Meal. We were so excited to eat them only to find out that the 7 pcs of rice were not included. So, one of our family members needed to travel to them just to get the rice considering that that time was ECQ. Then here comes today, GCQ, they did not include the drinks. I called them but whoever it was who answered the phone was rude and makes me answer to her in an instant as if it was…
