Very bad experience, poor customer service. The cashier is not paying attention when I order; she keeps talking to her crewmate, laughing around, "bida ang saya," and did not even care for my request to have a wing part of a chicken. So I got the small leg part of the chicken. Substandard product; it made me make a poor review of the small-sized leg chicken of this branch.

Their comfort room is clogged always. When I tried to ask where I can pee, a crew suggested that I ask on the second floor but the manager denied my plea. I really needed to pee but was unable to because their manager won't allow. Very bad experience.

The place was one the worst Jollibee branch, i think the management should have step in about adding more personnel, late cook time , No Ice cubes, staff was under pressure so sad , i do hope they change their way of service

Mostly good pero serving time sometimes takes too much time. Fast food is not fast fooding👎🏼

The service is below standard especially with the price we pay in grab food and food-panda. Always missing orders and not fully sealed gravy tubs. This is ridiculous. Shame on this branch.
