Bought food for take out which took more than 5 minutes as promised. And upon driving off, one should expect that everything is in order. Unfortunately I have to run back to get utensils. Should have just brushed off the missing utensils but their indifference was the last straw. Prior leaving I tried asking them why the order took so long and advice them that ice cream should have been served last instead waiting for the fries to be cooked and the ice cream was already served. They just looked at me and as if they heard nothing. So sad, because I find the staff of other jollibee branches rea…
