Jollibee Deca Mall Tondo - Employee name: Camille 12/21/24 9AM. Unprofessional attitude towards customer and to a senior citizen ( The employee was being sarcastic and had her eyes rolling all because the Elderly had trouble comprehending their conversation. The elderly is at least around 70-90 years old.) She also showed an unprofessional attitude towards me as I was just confirming my order. This is unacceptable and PLEASE look into this ASAP.

NEVER AGAIN AT THIS BRANCH! We waited for 30 minutes. As a Person With Disability (PWD), it's unacceptable to be sidelined simply because my condition isn't visibly apparent. I had my partner wait in line for me because I was suffering from a headache due to hunger, and we were in the PRIORITY lane. Yet, we were told to move to the regular lane. The crew was extremely rude. They prioritized people who cut in front of us just because they were older, even though we had waited our turn. There was no consideration and it was extremely unfair. Service is poor and they don't have security because two of the customers fight for each other due to longer lines to buy of their products, they don't have sense of urgency a lot of customers are affected even in the evening we purchase for take out. Call the attention of the Manager.

I ordered 8 pieces of Chicken Joy bucket, but when I checked the food it only contains 6 pieces; and only LEG part was Spicy even though I asked to give Thigh and Wings. I know that sometimes we need to consider the availability of the products but please consider asking the customer first if they are okay with the available chicken part in your end. Also my iced coffee with coffee jelly has only 3 JELLY. Imagine upgrading a normal Iced coffe for an additional of 22php and only getting 3 small pieces of jelly.
