The crew lacked professionalism and were not accommodating when I simply asked for a packet of ketchup sauce. Initially, they said it wasn't allowed. When I clarified it was for dining in, they asked me to bring a cup to fill (which we already have for the fries). Later, when we couldn't finish our food and my mom asked to take it out, the crew simply handed her a paper bag instead of packing the food properly, as they typically should have done. Been eating here during the afternoon hours and usually it’s okay but our last visit was not okay, we waited more than 20 minutes, and there were only four tables including us, the last two tables were done with their order and our food still hasn’t arrived. Only to find out that they are so focused on deliveries and drive-thru orders that they completely forget the orders for dine-in. I thought it was a priority if you dine in, I guess we were wrong. I recently visited the drive-thru at Jollibee Regalado and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The staff were somewhat unaccommodating, displaying frowny faces while taking my order. Effective communication with customers is essential, and this lack of friendliness made the experience less pleasant. Additionally, my order, which included two servings of fries, did not come with any ketchup. It’s hard to imagine ordering fries without ketchup, and this oversight added to my dissatisfaction.
