I was ordering some food when the cashier asked me if I wanted A La King. I asked if its already available since I am in a hurry. And she said yes. So I included some of it in my orders. After that, she said that I have to wait since some of my orders are not yet available, just 10 mins. After 13 mins, I asked where is my order? Then someone told me that the pies are still cooking so I still have to wait another 5 mins. I told them that they told me its already available when I ordered, and now they are telling me it is being cooked. So I cancelled it from my order. I hope they could be hone…

I will actually want to rate it 5 stars but the thing is they have forgot to check the receipt first before serving out the orders. I have to go back twice just to get my order complete. Also they don't know the difference between a breast and a thigh part...

This branch is located inside Festival Mall, near the Xsite entrance. Just like your typical Jollibee, the food is good, especially the yumburger and spag. The place is large and has many seats, but this branch is always full of people and always has a long line. clean place, and the stuff is somewhat welcoming. Parking is provided by the mall. paid parking to be exact .

THEY'RE SERVING SUBSTANDARD FOOD AMOUNT, I am always buying extra gravy for my burger steak and other jollibee branch aside from this always give me the double gravy cup, only them provided me the single gravy small white cup which is weird because I am always ordering the same in jollibee market market, jollibee junction, jollibee lianas and even in truimp taguig and all of those branch serves in a double serving gravy cup and note I AM PATING EXTRA FOR THOSE. I did not ask it for free and only them serves SUBSTANDARD payed order 💁‍♀️ DO BETTER! know your products!
